Giorgetti's living room essentials : Soho Sofa and Griffe Low Tables

Griffe low tables and Soho modular Sofa have been designed by Giorgetti, a well-known luxury furniture brand from Italy.

Griffe is a family of three small tables with different cuts and heights, united by a refined play of joints and layers. The three types of tables can be mixed to create customised combinations. The interplay of the joints creates acute and obtuse angles that produce the effect of an unusual and random installation.

Introduced in the 2022 collection, Griffe coffee tables are designed by Art Director Giancarlo Bosio with Giorgetti. The protagonist of the design is the asymmetry: the base in Canaletto walnut finish takes the form of an irregular "x" with fluid lines, light and fleeting at the ends, accentuated by the woodgrain placed horizontally.

Two new types of stone for Giorgetti embellish the design: Palissandro Tigrato, a very rare and prized marble from the Orobic Alps, with a cloudy texture, and Labradorite Lemurian granite from Madagascar with its magnificent iridescent shades of blue and green, traditionally used in jewellery.

Soho stands out for the purity and softness of its forms, its rigorous volumes and the contemporary nature of its lines. Designed by Carlo Colombo, the sofa of extraordinary comfort is characterised by an essential, light, airy line suspended on aluminium feet, whose strength lies in extreme attention to detail.

Flexibility and customisation are at the heart of the project. A true system that, thanks to the numerous elements are available, and a double seat depth offers infinite design and compositional possibilities to meet all space and usage requirements.

Like a multi-tasking island, Soho can be supplemented with small tables in Anthology inlaid wood or ash wood that extend its functionality to accommodate not only moments of relaxation but also to share social moments with friends or family as a relaxed workstation for home working. The individual elements can also be used freestanding. The many fabric and leather proposals in the Giorgetti collection also make each project's variants unique; the covers are completely removable.
